1. Introduction

Welcome to PM Traders. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In case of pricing errors, we will contact you before processing your order.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from displayed images.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through PayHere. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery or checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and order volume. We deliver to most areas within the Colombo district. Delivery fees may apply based on order value and location.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products upon receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds

Fresh produce and perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged upon delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
